Who Can Apply
TechBBQ is once again excited to bring you the North Star Pitch Competition! This year, 10 European startups will be selected to pitch on stage during the TechBBQ 2026 Summit.
Your startup must be headquartered in Europe.
Your company should be less than 5 years old.
You have launched an MVP and have your own website.
You are an independent company building your own software or connected hardware product.

Winners gain access to Microsoft for Startups, including up to $200,000 in credits, hands-on technical support and go-to-market opportunities. Past winners have also pitched abroad, most recently in San Francisco.
Yes. All finalists take part in mandatory pitch training provided by TechBBQ to help you prepare.
Each pitch is 3 minutes, followed by a 2.5 minute question and answer session with the judges.
